Established in 1916, The VNA of Cape Cod is one of the oldest not-for-profit organizations on the Cape. The VNA provides an array of health services from skilled nursing and therapies in the home to community health programs. Changes in the healthcare environment and technology, such as earlier hospital discharges, have led to an increasing need for the services of the VNA. To meet these challenges, we have grown to more than 400 employees, providing more than 200,000 home visits annually.
At the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod, our goal is to provide comprehensive home health, hospice services and public health programs that enable individuals - from newborns to the elderly - to receive care in the privacy and comfort of their own homes and support through community services. Our highly trained professionals are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition from a hospital, nursing home or clinic to home. Our staff is dedicated to patient care and safety, in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
