Star Care Works LLC is a compassionate, nurse-founded, CHAP accredited  home health care agency serving individuals and families across Massachusetts, including Plymouth and Norfolk counties. We are committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Our team provides high-quality, person-centered care through skilled nursing, wound care, medication management and teaching, chronic disease education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide services, and companionship. We support patients recovering from hospitalization, managing health conditions, or needing extra help with daily living.

We work closely with patients, families, physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and other care partners to promote smooth transitions, better outcomes, and peace of mind.
