Rivers of Hope is a trusted Massachusetts-based home care agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in need. With a deep commitment to dignity, respect, and community empowerment, Rivers of Hope provides a wide range of non-medical in-home care services tailored to the unique needs of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans.
Our core service offerings include Adult Foster Care (AFC), Veteran Care through the VA Community Care Network (VACCN), Homemaker Services, Companion Care, Personal Care Assistance, Medication Reminders, Private Duty Nursing, and Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC). Since our founding, we have proudly served hundreds of members across the Commonwealth with compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
At Rivers of Hope, we believe in supporting both our clients and their caregivers. Our care teams work collaboratively with families, physicians, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care. We are proud to be contracted with MassHealth, Fallon Health, UnitedHealthcare, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, among others.
