With over 35 years of experience leading hospice and home health organizations, Cindy has made it her mission to build supportive, engaging cultures that attract and retain staff while driving positive outcomes for patients and communities. A trusted advisor in organizational culture and leadership development, she partners with executives, and teams to strengthen values‑driven practices and build resilient organizations. Cindy continues to share her expertise through speaking engagements and as faculty for the California Association of Health Services at Home’s Hospice Management Certification Program. In this presentation, she will share strategies for staff retention, tackling vacancies, and reducing turnover — offering leaders practical approaches to foster stability and thriving workplaces.
