Corcoran Consulting Group founder Rich Corcoran regularly tackles the challenges of home health, hospice, and home care organizations. His lengthy finance, operations, and technology career includes decades of experience as chief business officer, chief financial officer, and association leader in home health, home care, hospice, adult day care, pharmacy, and distribution operations.
Rich has led financial operations, strategic initiatives and reporting, strategic and business planning, human resources, information systems, and software selection and conversions. His responsibilities have included numerous acquisitions, business restructuring, capitalization, and national financial management enhancements. His 25 years of experience in the home health services sector has included leadership positions with state and national associations as board chairman, chair of finance committees and various other committee memberships. He has received national recognition for his advocacy efforts for the home healthcare industry.
