Stars Awards Booklet Ad

Placing an ad in the program book is a meaningful way to recognize your staff, thank your team, highlight achievements, or show support for the home care and hospice community. Whether honoring caregivers, leadership, or agency milestones, your message helps make the event even more special.
All ads are due no later than June 1.

- Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, or static GIF
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
- CMYK color mode preferred

- Fonts must be embedded or outlined
- Full-page ads should include 0.125" bleed on all sides
Submission Guidelines

- Avoid placing important text or logos near the edges
- Proofread carefully; submitted ads will print as received
