The industry continues to await CMS' release of the proposed FY26 Hospice Payment Update. Typically, the proposed rule is released in late March and is anticipated at any minute. The industry is keeping a close eye on any changes to the HOPE Tool in anticipation of the October 2025 transition. The Alliance will inform members as soon as the proposed rule is posted, followed by an analysis and public comment period during which we will encourage providers to submit comments to CMS.
