Inspire the Future of Nursing Through Classroom Presentations

Inspire the Future of Nursing Through Classroom Presentations

Strengthening the nursing workforce by connecting students with CSN agencies.

The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts (HCA), in partnership with MassHealth, is excited to support a new initiative through the CSN Subcommittee on Workforce. This project connects Certified Skilled Nursing (CSN) agencies with nursing schools across the state, offering students a first-hand look at community-based nursing and the critical work our members do every day.

By participating, agencies not only help build relationships with nursing programs but also highlight home care as a meaningful and rewarding career path for future nurses. In fact, agencies that have presented in the past reported strong interest from students—one even ran out of business cards due to the level of engagement.

We are looking for CSN members willing to participate in 2–3 presentations per semester. HCA will coordinate with schools and assist with logistics, but this is your chance to showcase your agency and inspire the next generation of nurses.

Together, let’s open the door for students to discover community-based nursing and strengthen the workforce pipeline for our industry.
