The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) will be issuing new guidance for complying with the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirement to providers early next week. The guidance will apply to home health and home care services under the state waiver programs and will include 4 new changes to their compliance schedule/requirements. HCA will forward this guidance as soon as we receive it, but encourage members to keep an eye out.
