Home Care Alliance board members recognized nationally for innovation, growth, and leadership in a challenging care environment
We’re proud to share that Renee McInnes, CEO of Croi Health (formerly NVNA & Hospice), and Holly Chaffee, President and CEO of Care Central VNA & Hospice, have been named to Home Health Care News’ first-ever Executives to Watch list — one of just twelve leaders nationwide spotlighted for shaping the future of home-based care.
Both Renee and Holly were highlighted for their strategic leadership in payment reform, thoughtful technology adoption, and organizational growth during a period when many independent, nonprofit home health and hospice agencies are facing contraction. Their work exemplifies innovative, patient-centered leadership in a rapidly evolving industry.
