A Valentine’s Day Resource for Heart Health
New member resource focuses on heart health, caregiving, and care at home
This Valentine’s Day, the Home Care Alliance is highlighting a meaningful member benefit focused on what matters most: supporting patients, caregivers, and families at home. Alliance members can now access the Advanced Cardiac Care Patient & Caregiver Resource Guide through the Alliance Member Hub at no cost.
Developed for people living with advanced cardiac disease, as well as their caregivers and families, the guide offers clear, practical guidance on everyday care. It covers what symptoms to watch for, when to call for help, how to manage medications and symptoms, and how to plan ahead—helping reduce uncertainty and support safer, more confident care at home.
This resource is one of many available to Alliance members through the growing Member Hub library, which includes agency tools, caregiver education, and patient-facing resources designed to support quality care delivery across settings.
Members are encouraged to explore the full collection of resources available in the Member Hub and take advantage of the practical tools included with Alliance membership.
