A complex emergency tabletop exercise simulates a high-impact crisis, requiring participants to discuss and strategize responses to hypothetical scenarios. These exercises are valuable for testing emergency plans, identifying gaps, and improving communication and decision-making during a real emergency.
This table top exercise will acquire knowledge and incorporate that information into process and outcomes to assist agencies to be compliant with federal and state regulations in the areas of disaster preparedness requirements Including CMS Emergency Preparedness Program and OSHA General Duty Clause.

While she is the only internationally recognized expert in disaster preparedness for the home care and hospice industry, Barbara is also known for her expertise in the areas of infection prevention and behavioral health. She has written and edited many documents on behalf of the federal government. This includes business recovery planning, protection of personnel assets, infection prevention, infrastructure protection, all hazards planning and the Incident Command System.
