This session explores how AI-enabled workflows can strengthen care delivery across the patient journey, from intake and triage to documentation, compliance, and follow-up. Participants will examine how human-centered AI can reduce cognitive load, preserve clinical voice, support clearer decision-making, surface risk earlier, and improve both patient and caregiver experience. Rather than replacing the care team, AI has the potential to function as an active partner, augmenting human judgment, improving quality and consistency, and helping shape a more connected future of care.
