Member Briefing: MassHealth Proposed Rate and Agency Regulation Changes

On Friday March 13th, MassHealth issued notices for changes to home health agency regulations (101 CMR 403) and rates for home health services (101 CMR 350). In its proposed changes, MassHealth is proposing to keep reimbursement rates for home health services unchanged. In addition, the department is proposing several regulation changes which will have implications to operations.
