Annual Membership Dues Structure for: Continuous Skilled Nursing

Our Continuous Skilled Nursing agencies are billed based on a tiered fee schedule, determined by their revenue from Medicare/Medicaid-certified ("skilled") care services from the agency's previous fiscal year. This tier schedule is posted on our website for easy reference.

1. Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN) / Certified Limited Membership

• An agency with no revenue in Massachusetts during the previous fiscal year qualifies for the "Limited Membership Category." This also applies to out-of-state agencies considering operating in Massachusetts but not yet doing so.
• All Continuous Skilled Nursing Agency Limited Memberships are $2,000 annually.
• Note: Agencies with a Limited Membership are not granted voting rights.

2. Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN) & Certified Medicare/Medicaid Revenue Dues (from Section 2a)

• Dues for Continuous Skilled Nursing and Medicare/Medicaid-certified revenue are calculated based on the appropriate tier for your certified ("skilled") care revenue. See the full tier schedule here for details.

3. Non-Certified Revenue Dues (from Section 2b)

• If your agency provides non-certified/private care services, dues are calculated based on the appropriate tier for your non-certified revenue. Refer to the tier schedule here for the specific tiers and details.

4. Additional Fees

• Hospice Services: For CSN agencies also providing hospice care, a flat fee of $1,650 is applied.
• Directory Town Listings:
  • The first 25 towns included in your business profile are free.
  • If you serve more than 25 towns, there is a $15 charge per additional town.

5. Dues Calculation

• Certified Dues: Based on the Medicare/Medicaid Certified Revenue Tier (from Section 2a).
• Non-Certified Dues: Based on the Non-Certified/Private Care Revenue Tier (from Section 2b).
• Licensed Hospice Dues: If applicable, based on the hospice care services.
• Pro-Rating for New Members:
  • If joining after 10/01: 25% off dues
  • If joining after 01/01: 50% off dues
  • If joining after 04/01: 75% off dues
• Additional Town Charge: $15 per town for each additional town over 25.

6. Total Annual Dues

The total dues will be the sum of all components listed above.
