Our certified agencies are billed based on a tiered fee schedule, determined by their revenue from Medicare/Medicaid-certified ("skilled") care services from the agency's previous fiscal year. This tier schedule is posted on our website for easy reference.
An agency with no revenue in Massachusetts during the previous fiscal year qualifies for the "Limited Membership Category." This also applies to out-of-state agencies considering operating in Massachusetts but not yet doing so. All Certified Agency Limited Memberships are $2,000 annually. Please note that agencies with a Limited Membership are not granted voting rights.
Dues for Medicare/Medicaid-certified revenue are calculated based on the appropriate tier for your certified ("skilled") care revenue. Include any revenue from Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN) services as well. See the full tier schedule here for details.
If your agency provides non-certified/private care services, dues are calculated based on the appropriate tier for your non-certified revenue. Refer to the tier schedule here for the specific tiers and details.
The total dues will be the sum of all components listed above.

Membership runs from 7/1 through 6/30 of every year.
