This membership is available to any Licensed Hospice that is not affiliated with a Certified Home Health Agency. Dues are based on the selections outlined below. Agencies serving more than 25 towns will incur an additional charge for each extra town.
A flat fee of $1,650 is applied for agencies providing hospice care.
For new members, dues may be prorated based on your join date:
Town selection charges are not prorated.
Membership runs from 7/1 through 6/30 of every year.
