Gina L. Mazza MBA BSN RN

Gina Mazza is a nurse leader, healthcare executive, and educator dedicated to the belief that the future of healthcare belongs in the community. As the founder of Mazza Consulting and Coaching, Gina partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to drive operational excellence, cultivate leadership talent, and build high-performing teams.

Alongside her consulting work, Gina is a Professor of Healthcare Management in Western Massachusetts, teaching undergraduate and MBA/MSN students, and a frequent presenter at local and national conferences. Her extensive background includes serving as an executive in the Home Health and Hospice sectors and working as a former partner at Fazzi Associates Inc. Deeply committed to mission-driven leadership, she also volunteers as the President and CEO of Harmony House Inc., a non-profit focused on transforming end-of-life care. Gina holds certifications in executive coaching and emotional intelligence, and is an active member of ACHE, Sigma Theta Tau, and Sigma Beta Delta
